KHI CÔNG ET SAGESSE

LE KHI CÔNG (ou Qi Gong en chinois) est une gymnastique Taoïste d'origine chinoise et notamment du mont E Mei dans le sud de la chine.

"KHI" désigne énergies, souffle ,émanation et "CÔNG" le travail, effort, culture.

Les différents systèmes fonctionnels du corps sont ainsi stimulés lors des mouvements et respirations .

Les énergies corporelles sont canalisées dans les méridiens ou concentrés en des zones précises du corps.

Dans la pratique de NÔI CÔNG, le pratiquant peut aussi travailler dans l'immobilité et développer l'exercice de la méditation.
